GOOGLE SEO is going SOCIAL

by admin on Δεκεμβρίου 21, 2009

Web 2.0 is offering up lots of new (and easy to use) formats that are ripe for SEO.  Microblogging, including Twitter.com is suprisingly search engine friendly and not over done, yet.  This lens is to show you how to use Twitter for SEO to help your position on the SERP and drive traffic to your site.

I’ll offer some general structural guidelines, but feel free to play around and see what works.  It only works well if well all join as followers and favorites and don’t abuse this new tool.  I look forward to this excercise. Google has become Twitter friendly and all the latest posts can be crawled and indexed in the new Real Time search.

Our company’s twitter was twitting about Brittany Murphy’s death and Google Real Time Search Results. See the above screenshot:

Social SEO

SEO + Google + Twitter: This is some cool stuff that really works. You can beat you head to register on a bunch of crappy directories or you can get creative and establish a some easy to come by natural links.  If you are SEO savvy, you need to try out different techniques with RSS, anchor text and URL placement to see what works best.

So its now essential for SEO to be regulars Twitters and build our company’s community with relevant and quality posts.
